Two decades in the core, inside a working MGA.
NTIS was founded in 2019, but the work is older than the company: carrier-side E&S point-of-sale-to-issuance systems since 2004, and a working MGA's modernized stack (designed, built, and still run by this team) since 2011.
Our story, as we tell it.
Dates from our own record, and nothing between them we can't show you.
Which is why we start the same way every time: we stand up a working system on your real submissions and you operate it in production for 30 days. The monthly rate starts after the trial.
Ask about any line on this timeline in your mapping session. We will show you the artifacts behind it.

Carrier-side E&S: point of sale to issuance
Carrier-side E&S systems, commercial auto and general liability. Quote, rate, bind, and issue in one tracked flow.
The modernized platform a working MGA still runs
We designed and built the broker portal, workflow, and reporting stack that a working MGA adopted, and has run in daily production ever since.
NTIS founded
The same people, organized as a dedicated company, so other MGAs could hire the team without buying the MGA.
The people, without the padding.
One name to start with, and the honest reason a wall of stock photos isn't below it.

The team behind our migration validation, every suggestion logged, a human approving what matters.
Built inside a working MGA and capacity providers. You should hear that from us first.
NTIS builds and runs MGA systems. The patterns we sell were built inside, and still run, a working MGA whose operations we capacity providers behind its paper. That is why the software survives contact with real renewals, real audits, and real bordereaux deadlines: both sides of the placement have been using it for years.
It is also how we know which work is genuinely mundane and redundant and which work is a judgment call. The repeating work, intake, chasing, matching, assembly, is what we move to an AI Operational Workforce with feedback loops that correct it as it goes, while rating and binding stay with a named underwriter, because we have sat in that seat.
Both relationships are ones you deserve to understand before you sign anything. So we disclose them in the first conversation, unprompted, along with straight answers about data separation, priorities, and where our first loyalty sits on your engagement.
Formal entity details are being finalized with counsel and will be published on our legal page. Pending counsel review. This page will be updated when it completes.
One value, written so you can test it.
Values are cheap when they can't be falsified. Each of these comes with a way to check it.
Insurance people who build
Not builders who learned insurance. Classifications, bordereaux, and E&S paper were the first language here; the code came after. The test: in your first meeting we will ask about your carrier agreements before we ask about your tech stack.
Meet the people who will actually build it.
The team on this page runs the work, not a sales department. Sixty to ninety minutes on your messiest workflow, then a working system you operate in production for 30 days. The monthly rate starts after the trial.
