Legal.
Who runs this website, what it is for, and what the words on it do and don't promise. Written to be read, not skimmed past.
Site ownership
This is the official website of NTIS. NewTec Insurance Systems (ntis.ai), operated from Clearwater, Florida. NTIS builds and runs systems for growing MGAs and has been doing this work since 2019. If you reached a page claiming to be us from any other domain, check the address bar before you share anything sensitive.
Full registered-entity details (legal name and entity form) are in counsel review and will be published here when that review completes.
Use of this site
Everything on this site is informational. Nothing here is insurance advice, legal advice, or compliance advice, and reading it creates no engagement, warranty, or professional relationship between you and NTIS.
Our product and service pages describe patterns we build and engagements we offer. The terms that actually bind an engagement (scope, deliverables, dates, fees, support norms, and data ownership) live in the written agreement for that engagement. If a page here and your agreement ever appear to disagree, the agreement wins.
- Interface mockups on this site are labeled illustrative and populated with sample data. They show design patterns, not client data and not performance results.
- Some pages link to sites we don't operate. Those sites carry their own terms.
- Information you submit through this site is handled as described in our privacy notice; our security practices are stated plainly on the security page.
Trademarks
NTIS, the NTIS monogram mark, and iO are marks of NTIS (NewTec Insurance Systems). All other product names, company names, and marks appearing on this site belong to their respective owners; where they appear, they describe context or interoperability and imply no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
