Privacy, plainly.

This site asks very little of you, and this page accounts for all of it, what we collect, what we do with it, and how to have it deleted. Written to be read, not scrolled past.

What we collect

The only personal information this website collects is what you type into our contact form: your name, your company, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and whatever you tell us about your systems. That is the complete list.

There are no user accounts to create, no passwords to store, and no advertising tracking pixels watching you read. If you never fill out the form, we hold nothing that identifies you.

You may have noticed there is no cookie banner on this site. That is not an oversight. We do not set tracking cookies, so there is nothing to ask your permission for.

How we use it

We use what you send for two things: to reply to you, and to prepare for your session so the conversation starts from your reality rather than from zero.

Your information is never sold, never rented, and never shared for marketing. Not as a list, not as a "partner opportunity," not at all.

Analytics

When analytics are enabled on this site, they are privacy-respecting and cookie-light, visit and conversion counts only, never cross-site ad tracking. Aggregate counts, not profiles. There is no cross-site ad tracking here, and we do not follow you around the rest of the internet.

Retention & your choices

We keep contact-form submissions only as long as we need them to follow up on your inquiry. Email contact@newtecinsurance.com to see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted. We answer within a reasonable time, and the answer comes from a human on our team, not an automated queue. One email is the entire process.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will date the update at the top of this page. No silent edits.

Formal entity details for the data controller are being finalized with counsel. Our legal notices (including that pending item, stated plainly) live at /legal/.
