The phased path: modernization that never bets your renewals.
A big-bang replacement asks you to wager the book on somebody's eighteen-month promise. We work the other way: scope first, then a working system you operate in production for 30 days. Underneath it the mundane, redundant work (intake, chasing, matching, assembly) runs as an AI Operational Workforce with feedback loops that correct it as it goes, while a person owns every decision that touches rating or binding.
Four stages. One gate between each of them.
Every phase is fixed-scope, quoted in writing, and stands on its own. The next one starts only when the last one proved itself.
Scope
Your intake-to-issuance flow turned into a build plan, with a quote against it. Two to three weeks, and yours to keep either way.
Infrastructure
The build itself (portal, workflow, or reporting) standing up alongside the systems you already run, not on top of them.
Later phases, only if earned
Nothing past this point is assumed. Phase 2 is on the plan, but it does not start until Phase 1 proved itself in daily use, on your real work.
Deploy · GTM · Go-live
It goes into production and you operate it for 30 days on real submissions. Your own people, your own carriers.
Run & support
Hosting, monitoring, and senior support behind everything we build, with your data yours, unconditionally.
Migration rule: renewals are never the test environment. They are never cut over until validation passes.
What each stage actually involves.
No stage asks you to trust the one after it. Each has its own scope, its own price, and its own proof.
Assessment: map everything before building anything
A short, fixed-fee engagement with four concrete deliverables:
- A complete map of your systems, every handoff, every re-key, every export
- Your three costliest frictions, with the cost math shown, not asserted
- A phased plan sequenced around your renewal calendar
- A fixed Phase-1 quote you can hold us to
All four are yours to keep whether or not we ever build a thing.
Inside the Assessment →Phase 1: one build, chosen by what's forcing the issue
Phase 1 isn't a module we push. It's whichever build your trigger demands: a broker portal because producers are drifting to faster quotes, carrier reporting because month-end is breaking people, or the submission-to-issuance workflow because re-keying is eating underwriting hours.
It runs in parallel with your current process on fixed scope, led by a named senior person, and your existing systems Keeps running. They keep doing their job the entire time. Nothing about your day depends on the build until the build has proved it deserves that.
How phases are priced →Deploy, GTM and go-live: it runs in your production
The build goes into your live operation and you run it for 30 days on real submissions, your own people and your own carriers. Go-live is the stage, not a milestone at the end of one.
There is no bundle to commit to and no lock-in holding you here: you can stop at any stage boundary and keep everything you have paid for, documentation included.
Who this path fits →Run & support: we operate what we build
Everything we ship runs on monitored hosting, with support norms and response expectations written into your agreement rather than a brochure. The people who built your system are the people who answer for it when something matters.
And your data stays yours: exportable formats, documented structures, no exit penalty. That's in the agreement too, because we'd demand the same.
Our security & operations posture →Five commitments. In your agreement, not on a poster.
Method is what holds when a deadline looms and the easy path is to skip a gate. So the gates are written down.
- Every phase is fixed-scope and quoted in writing before it starts, the price and the boundary are on paper first.
- Renewals are never the test environment. They are never cut over until validation passes. No exceptions, including ours.
- A named senior lead on every engagement, not a rotating queue. The person who scoped your plan answers for it.
- No phase begins until the previous one proved itself, in daily use, on your real work.
- You can stop at any phase boundary and keep everything, code, data, documentation, and the plan itself.
Each row above closes against a written criterion, not an opinion:
- Data parity. Records reconcile against the source system before go-live, and the reconciliation report is the artifact, not a verbal all-clear.
- Process parity. The new flow runs beside the current one, on real work, until both produce the same result.
- Named sign-off. A named person on your side accepts the phase, and it is logged with a date.
- Rollback stays available through the parallel period. Nothing is decommissioned to force the new path.
Effort
A few focused hours a week from the people who know how the work actually runs, and the sequence follows your renewal calendar.

The questions this page usually raises.
The first step costs nothing, not even a commitment.
A free 60–90 minute mapping session: we whiteboard your intake-to-issuance flow, put numbers on your three costliest frictions, and hand you the one-page map the same day. Yours to keep, whatever you decide next.
You can stop at any phase boundary and keep everything.
